Our story began in 1955 when the Sawyer family turned their love for furniture and serving their neighborhood into a local business. We've grown to become Albemarle's beloved furniture store with a heritage as rich as the community we call our home. Over 60 years later, we've managed to keep our customers' needs first by providing home furnishings that last for generations. Our legacy continues as great-grandchildren of our first customers visit our 30,000 square-foot warehouse for comfortable mattresses, home furniture, and just about anything you need to make a home your own.
